What is criminal record sealing? Sealing a criminal record hides it from the public and most background checks, but doesn't erase it. This can make finding a job and housing easier, allowing you to legally state you haven't been convicted or arrested. Note that law enforcement and certain agencies can still access it.

The Record Sealing event will happen on Saturday July 11th, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Paul Baptist Church. This event is being sponsored by Lion Legal, Central Arkansas Planning & Development District, Inc, Arkansas Workforce Connections, & UALR's TRIO program.
