Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (CAPDD), is seeking sealed bids for the sale of property located at 101 S New York, Brinkley, AR 72021

The Property is being sold “as is, where-is” and any survey or inspections of the property are the sole responsibility of the successful purchaser. Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Sealed bids must reach the CAPDD Administrative Office in Lonoke no later than 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2026, and should be clearly marked “Confidential: Tanya Childers IFB PROPERTY FOR SALE –101 S New York, Brinkley, AR 72021. Sale of Property-Parcel 1101-00136-000. Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2026 in the Tom Catlett Executive Board Room of Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. located at 902 North Center Street, Lonoke, AR.
