JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. will be accepting applications/resumes for a Career Consultant and Resource Coordinator for the North Little Rock and Conway Arkansas Workforce Center. These positions will be temporary positions with benefits.

Career Consultant must possess a formal education equivalent of an associate degree and additional experience in the delivery of job training or people oriented services will be a plus; applicants must be self motivated and able to effectively communicate accurately in both oral and written modes; Related or equivalent education or experience may be substituted; must have computer skills; must be able to work with little supervision; and must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel in the Central area, as needed.

Resource Coordinator must possess a formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, must have computer skills, and experience working with the public, must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel, as needed.

Applicant selected to fill the position will be required to submit to Criminal background checks and drug screening after a conditional offer of employment, unless you currently have a background check on file.
