The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will present the South-Central "Path to Prosperity" regional economic development series at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock on Wednesday, January 24.

The free event will be held at UALR's Engineering and Information Technology 142 from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Entrepreneurs and small business owners are invited to take part in the regional economic development series to engage with experts and learn best practices and resources from Federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as the private sector and nonprofits.

During the day, there will be discussions on how to start a business, how to access capital, and how to do business with the government.

There will also be lender-small business matchmaking sessions.

This is a hybrid event with both an in-person and virtual option.
